Laboratory Testing
Lab Price List
The two tables below list the labs (test kit and LabCorp blood analysis) that Dr. Leu uses to assess your medical condition. Please review the below policies regarding the ordering and purchasing of labs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice.
- Authorizations: All lab orders must be approved by Dr. Leu. Dr. Leu will not order any labs if the patient has not had an appointment within the last year.

Payment: All labs ordered through our office are to be paid for when ordered
- LabCorp Blood Analysis: Paid for when the Physician places the order at LabCorp.
- Test Kits: Paid for when the kit is shipped.
- LabCorp: All of the blood analysis ordered through our office is to be drawn at LabCorp. LabCorp has locations around the country and Dr. Leu orders the tests electronically so you can go to whichever location is most convenient for you. Once you have confirmed your requested lab analysis with the office staff, Dr. Leu will place the order (if previously authorized) and you will be able to have the blood draw performed 1 business day later. We typically receive the results between 1-3 business days.
- Test Kits: Dr. Leu uses test kits from several different laboratory companies to provide diagnostic analysis. These test kits can be purchased through our office (after Dr. Leu’s approval) and will be mailed to you. Please refer to the “Library” section of the patient portal for more information regarding collection instructions for individual test kits.
- Returns: Please note that we will honor the price of your test kit for 90 days from your date of purchase. If the lab raises its fee, and they performed the lab after more than 90 days from your purchase, you will be charged the difference. Due to our time and expense incurred, there will be a $25 handling fee on all returned lab kits. We cannot re-use these kits and they will be discarded.
